Once you have clicked on Go to checkout in the shopping cart, you will be taken to the checkout area to place your order. The ordering process consists of the following steps:

Address input

First, enter the billing address. If you wish to enter a different shipping address and/or an additional contact person especially for technical questions, clear the check mark at ‘Shipping address is same as billing address’ and/or ‘Technical contact is same as shipping address’. Click CONTINUE to move to the next step.

If you have stored addresses in your user account, they will be used to fill in the form, and the steps in the ordering process will be skipped.

Shipping

Under Shipping you can choose between different shipping methods. The expected delivery date and shipping costs for your selection will be displayed on the right.

Under Shipping you can choose between standard and various express shipping methods. You also have the option to pick up your order in person at our location.

The ‘Acknowledgement of receipt’ option means your shipment will be delivered to you personally upon signature.
Check the appropriate box to request delivery on Saturdays or insured shipping.
‘Use own parcel service account’: If you wish to charge the costs to your own USPS, UPS or FedEx account, enter the appropriate account number here.

 

Payment information

Select your method of payment here.

This payment method is available to companies and institutes in the USA and Canada from the first order once the internal approval process has been completed successfully. Private persons in the USA and Canada can order by invoice from the third order once the internal approval process has been completed successfully. We reserve the right to refuse orders by invoice for individual customers.

Payment is processed by bank transfer or cheque upon receipt of the product. You will receive an invoice from us in PDF format by e-mail on the day of shipment. We are also able to send paper invoices if informed in advance. The invoice is payable within 30 days of receipt. You can enjoy a 2% discount for payment within 10 days.

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Your card will be charged on the shipping date.

 

Information to us

Here you can send us again any further information and files that concern your purchase order.

You can enter your internal order number, etc. in the ‘Your order reference’ field. We will then reference it in the order confirmation, invoice and delivery note.

Overview

All information is displayed one more time to enable you to make any changes or enter any discount code you may have. Set the check mark to indicate you have read the privacy policy and click on Order.

After placing the order

Once you have clicked on Order in the checkout area, you will receive a confirmation in the webshop that contains an order number. Your order will be reviewed again promptly by our order processing department. If any questions of a technical or commercial nature should arise, we will contact you as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will receive an order confirmation immediately at your stored e-mail address(es). The e-mail will contain a link to your order status.

If you have a user account, your order will be stored permanently in your purchase order overview.
