A user account is not required to place an order or request a quote in the webshop. However, the archiving of front panel files, saving of addresses and payment information as well as some other functions require a user account. Data that you store in the user account are saved and sent as encrypted data. |
To sign up as a webshop user, move the mouse to the user icon top right, click in the drop-down menu on Login followed by Register now. Please enter a valid e-mail address and a password. Choose a business or private customer account and click Create account. You will then receive an e-mail containing a link with which to activate your user account. |
Here you can change the account type and your password, select standard addresses or delete your user account. To specify standard addresses, you must first save addresses to the Addresses area. |
In the Addresses area of your user account, you can save and manage any number of addresses. You can use them to specify standard addresses or to compile appropriate address data for each purchase order. |
In the ordering process, you can specify shipping to be handled by a parcel service provider via your user account. We accept UPS , USPS,and FedEx parcel accounts. In the Parcel accounts area of your user account, you can manage several parcel accounts, which you can select for the ordering process. |
Here you can save credit cards and bank accounts, which you can select for the ordering process. |
