Front Panel Express LLC provides the "side profile" and "housing profile" systems so that an corresponding number of panels designed with "Front Panel Designer" can be completed as customer-specific enclosures. In this way enclosures with any dimensions and with all round customized sides can be realized.

The following table shows which or how many panels are needed for each profile system, in order to build an enclosure with the accompanying assembly sets:

The enclosure is assembled from 2 identical side profiles with fixed heights of 42 and 56 mm in combination with 4 panels (2 side and 2 cover panels) and an assembly set.

The enclosure is assembled from 4 identical housing profiles in combination with 6 panels (2 side and 4 cover panels) and one or two assembly sets.

Housing profiles 1 and 2 differ in the way the cover panels are attached: Whereas all four cover panels are inserted in grooves in housing profile 1, for housing profile 2 two of the four cover panels are bolted together with square nuts, which are guided into corresponding profile grooves.
